All products are digital. Keys are delivered automatically the moment payment succeeds and can be viewed in your Order History. For pre-order items, the key is delivered on the release date shown on the product page.
If a key is faulty due to an error on our side, contact us within 7 days for a replacement key or a refund. Digital products with a working, issued key are non-refundable.
PromptPay and TrueMoney are charged in Thai baht at the listed price. Cards and Google Pay / Apple Pay are charged in your selected currency. Payment-processor fees are covered by the store; customers pay the displayed price.
